CBP is aware that some Ocean and Rail Manifest and QP In-bond filers may be receiving “RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED” errors on their EDI Manifest and In-bond transactions. A few Air manifest transactions may also be getting a "199 CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION" error.
If the error is received, it is recommended that a re-submission of the message will process the message successfully.
CBP is actively working to resolve the issue and an updated CSMS will be sent when it is fixed.
