Trade participants were receiving rejections for STATEMENT NOT ON FILE in their ACH-Payment Authorization transactions (QN & PN) sent on 11/28/2018.
CBP has identified the issue and it is resolved.
Trade participants should resubmit any ACH Payment Authorization transactions receiving the rejection "STATEMENT NOT ON FILE".
