Effective January 1, 2018, the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act of 2017 (CBMA) (as contained in Pub. L. No. 115-97) amended the Internal Revenue Code with respect to the tax treatment of certain alcoholic beverages. CBP's Office of Trade (OT), Trade Policy and Programs (TPP), Commercial Operations Revenue and Entry Division (CORE) will be hosting a CBMA webinar for the Trade community on December 11, 2018 from 2:30 to 3:30 PM (EST). You may submit questions for the webinar to the CBMA mailbox at cbma@cbp.dhs.gov. Please put “CBMA Webinar” in the subject line.
