CBP is currently working on changing the Preliminary Periodic Monthly print date from 12/17/18 to 12/18/18 to accommodate the 12/5/18 holiday.
Should you receive entry summary rejections when using the 12/17/18 statement print date you can perform the following:
Resend your entry summary using an earlier statement print date of 12/14/18.
OR
Resend your entry summary once the date change process has been completed.
A CSMS message will be issued once the date change process has been completed.
