The filing of TFTEA drawback claims have been available in ACE since February 24, 2018. Claimants may file drawback pursuant to existing laws (core drawback) or the new requirements established by the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 (TFTEA drawback) until February 24, 2019. Only electronic TFTEA claims will be accepted after February 24, 2019.
