CBP is aware that some PN transmissions from trade were rejected with an error of PN4PN SUBMITTED LATE. If the PN rejected, it will not appear on the December Periodic monthly statement.
Trade is advised to submit an SU to remove all the summaries from those periodic daily statements and move them to a regular daily statement with a print date of 12/19/2018 and statement type 2, 3, or 5. In addition, a QN transaction authorizing payment will need to be sent on 12/19/18.
Late Filing/Payment on the entry summaries resulting from the PN reject will be waived.
