Due to planned maintenance, FDA ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System) Document Upload functionality will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes between 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET Thursday, January 31, 2019. For those with ITACS account access, you will not be able to download Notices of FDA Action pdf documents during that time as well. All other ITACS functionalities, including submission of availability information, should be functioning normally.

If documents must be submitted during that time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office's preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA's Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm .
