In alignment with Presidential Proclamation 9693 under Section 201 of the Trade Act of 1974, be reminded that the 2019 quota year providing for tariff rate quota (TRQ) for Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic (CSPV) cells; residential washing machines and parts of washing machines will open on February 7, 2019.
