There was an issue with processing ACE Statement Update transactions (SU) on February 24 – 25. The issue has since been resolved.
If a trade partner received an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE as an ACE Statement Update Response (SQ) between 8:30 am and 8:52 am EST TODAY, February 25, please review and retransmit those Statement Update ((SU) transactions as necessary.
The ACE Statement Update (SU) transaction that are subject to this issue were transmitted by filers between yesterday, February 24, at 7:45 am through today, February 25, at 8:30 am.
