CBP will make the following standard reports available to importer and broker ACE account holders on April 18, 2019.
ES-008 TIB Expiration Notice: This report provides data regarding type 23 entry summaries that are about to expire. The filter conditions pull in all type 23 entry summaries where the Liquidation Status is not equal to “Closed” and the Closure Date is within 90 days of occurring.
ES-009 Warehouse Entry Summary Alert: This report provides data regarding type 21 and 22 entry summaries that have a Final Withdrawal Indicator equal to "Y" and have not been liquidated.
ES-501 Reconciliation No Files: This report provides data regarding 01, 02 and 06 entry summaries flagged for reconciliation which have not had a type 09 reconciliation entry summary filed to reconcile it.
ES-502 Reconciliation Participants: This report provides data regarding accounts either missing a bond reconciliation rider, or have been flagged as "N" for reconciliation participation program.
ES-011 Unpaid Entries: This report provides a list of entries for which duty, taxes and fees have not been collected.
