AS YOU ARE PROBABLY AWARE, DURING THE PAST FEW WEEKS, THE CUSTOMS ACS
SYSTEM HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING PERIODS OF SLOW PROCESSING TIMES. THIS
HAS RESULTED IN DELAYS IN TURNING AROUND THE JOB RESULTS FROM TRANS-
ACTIONS TRANSMITTED THROUGH ABI. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS DEGRADATION IN
PROCESSING. WE ARE CURRENTLY RESEARCHING THE SITUATION AND
ATTEMPTING TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE
DURING THIS TIME. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RECENT CONVERSION TO SDLC
