AN ENHANCEMENT IS PLANNED FOR THE CATAIR IN-BOND CHAPTER TO CHANGE
CONTAINER NUMBER AND SEAL NUMBER FIELD LENGTHS, ADD A CONTAINER
DESCRIPTION CODE AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ACTION CODES. THE RECORD
CHANGES ARE DETAILED BELOW. THESE CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE 90 DAYS
FROM THIS NOTIFICATION.
