SUBJECT : FDA - PRODUCT CODE CHANGES

THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) IS IN THE PROCESS OF
UPDATING PRODUCT CODES. THE NEW AND REVISED CODES ARE IN
THE ACS AND OASIS SYSTEMS NOW. THEY WILL BECOME MANDATORY
FOR USE ON FEBRUARY 15. THESE CHANGES FOR THE PRODUCT CODE
BUILDER ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH ABI NOW AND SOON AT THE FDA'S
WEB SITE.

FDA WILL ALSO BE DELETING CODES WHICH WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON
FEBRUARY 15. THESE DELETIONS FOR THE PRODUCT CODE BUILDER
WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH ABI AND FDA'S WEB SITE ON FEBRUARY
15.
