H.R. 5264, Public Law 110-191 Andean Trade Preference Act of 2008 extended the ATPA (SPI J) and ATPDEA (SPI J+) trade programs for eligible countries until 12/31/2008.
The ACS system has been programmed to accept ATPA (SPI J) claims and ATPDEA (SPI J+) claims through 12/31/2008.
