The changes recently completed include:
1. Modifications made as a result of the 484F Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of Tariff Schedules. New statistical breakouts have been created, and these changes are effective 07/01/08.
2. This update contains changes required by the verification of the 2008 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). We will continue to verify the 2008 HTS for the remainder of the year.
3. The updated records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR. Please direct any questions regarding this administrative message to your Client Representative or to Jennifer Keeling at Jennifer.Keeling@dhs.gov.
