Friday, September 5, 2008 15:22 EDT start time. ACS is still experiencing a nationwide problem impacting entry releases. Release messages in ACE are not reaching ACS as of approximately 0500 EDT. ACS is failing to process the ACE release messages. Once the ACS issue is resolved, we expect all messages to be processed in ACS over a period of time. Brokers will get their release messages from throughout the day as they reach ACS. Messages will have the appropriate/original release date and time.
We are still investigating this issue and a service restoration time has not been identified. We will notify you as soon as a restoration time has been determined.
