Update to message below: ACS messages began processing at approximately 18:37 EDT and we expect all messages to be updated in ACS approximately 20:40 EDT.

Friday, September 5, 2008 15:22 EDT start time. ACS is still experiencing a nationwide problem impacting entry releases. Release messages in ACE are not reaching ACS as of approximately 0500 EDT. ACS is failing to process the ACE release messages. Once the ACS issue is resolved, we expect all messages to be processed in ACS over a period of time. Brokers will get their release messages from throughout the day as they reach ACS. Messages will have the appropriate/original release date and time.
