From approximately 10:30 AM EST to 11:10 AM EST, EDI users experienced intermittent inability to submit e-manifests.
Users are able to submit e-manifests to CBP via the ACE Portal.
Full service has been restored, and EDI users are now able to submit e-manifests to CBP via EDI.
