A delay in response to broker's Query Importer/Bond (KI) and Add CF 5106 (TI) functions has been reported. The delay began at approximately 08:10 EST on 11/21. Please do not resend your TIs and KIs as this will only increase the delay.
As more information is available we will send additional CSMS messages.
