Presidential Proclamation 8330, released in the Federal Register on December 23, 2008 (73 FR 78913), designates the Republics of Kosovo and Azerbaijan as beneficiary developing countries for purposes of the GSP program. These designations are effective for goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on of after February 1, 2009. Goods of Kosovo should use newly assigned ISO code KV.
