It has come to our attention that the ABI system has not yet been updated to accept Importer Security Filings (ISFs) when the broker is using the Remote Location Filing Prototype to transmit both the entry/entry summary data and the ISF at the same time (otherwise known as: a RLF Unified EI) . When the unified EI is sent with ISF data remotely, ABI will respond with an error “APPLICATION NOT REMOTE” on the SN.
Headquarter programmers are aware of the issue and working to correct the programming. Until the programming is corrected, the trade should not use RLF entries to transmit unified ISF data.
A follow-up message will be issued when the programming has been corrected.
