CSMS message #09-000061 asked the trade to refrain from submitting entry/entry summaries (ABI application EI) in combination with Importer Security Filings (a.k.a.: unified EI/ISF) when the submission is also using the Remote Location Filing Prototype (RLF). The problem that prompted that request has been fixed and RLF unified EI/ISF will now process properly.
