At approximately 8:30 AM, trade users nationwide began to report not receiving 355 response messages after submitting e-manifests via EDI.
As of approximately 9:42AM, this issue has been resolved. EDI users are now able to file e-manifests as usual.
Trade users' ability to file e-manifests via the ACE portal was not impacted by this issue.
