As of approximately 8:30 AM, trade users nationwide have reported not receiving 355 response messages after submitting e-manifests via EDI.
EDI users nationwide may experience difficulty filing e-manifests.
Trade users' ability to file e-manifests via the ACE portal is not impacted at this time.
Technical teams are currently investigating the issue. Further updates will be provided as available.
