Please refer to CSMS Messages previously issued for complete information on these changes.
The projected date for these changes is April 12, 2009. You will be notified if there is a change to this date.
NOTE: These changes will affect ALL ABI filers submitting Importer/Bond Query transactions(Application Identifier KI) and Importer/Consignee Create/Update transactions (Application Identifier TI)whether or not they are planning to send ACE entry summaries. IF THE REQUIRED CHANGES ARE NOT IN PLACE BY THIS DATE, THE KI AND TI TRANSACTIONS WILL FAIL.
This functionality is now available for testing in the ACE Certification Environment.
