The current version of the ACE Entry Summary Query CATAIR Chapter has been posted to the website at:

This chapter provides input and output record layouts, data elements, and processing information for ABI filers to query entry summaries in ACE.

Please note: this query is a basic entry summary query and will be enhanced at a later date. Future enhancements, based on trade community feedback, will include additional query criteria, additional output records and data, and improved documentation. ABI filers may continue to use the ACS entry summary query for ACE filed entry summaries. This ACE entry summary query is provided for ACE ABI filer convenience and will not be a mandatory requirement for ACE entry summary certification. You are not required to program this query; you may continue to use the ACS entry summary query; the enhanced entry summary query (when provided at a later date) may require re-programming.

Also please note: if you choose to use this query there are 3 items concerning the output of which you need to be aware:
1. The First Sale Indicator is not provided on output,
2. The IR Accounting Class Code is not provided on output, and
3. Data fields specified as numeric (such as duty, value of
goods amount, and quantity) are not zero filled.
