The baseline for the ESAR A2.3.1.a (AD/CVD) functionality will be deployed to the ACE CERT environment on November 5, 2009.
The ACE trade testing environment (ACE CERT) will be unavailable from 8:00 AM EST November 5, 2009 until 6:00 AM EST November 9, 2009.
Beginning November 9, 2009 there will be no environment to test A2.2 functionality. All testing in ACE CERT must be done against the A2.3.1.a baseline using the new AE record formats.
