The Remote Location Filing (RLF) functionality is now working in ACE production. Unfortunately, as referenced in CSMS Message #09-000341, the code baseline for ACE Production (A2.2) will not be available in the ACE testing environment (ACE CERT) beginning at 8:00 AM EST on November 5, 2009. Therefore, if you have not yet tested RLF in ACE CERT and plan to do so prior to transmitting live RLF entries in ACE Production, you will need to delay testing until your software conforms to the ESAR A2.3.1.a baseline. The ESAR A2.3.1.a (AD/CVD) functionality is currently scheduled for deployment on January 17, 2010.
In addition, upon the deployment of ESAR A2.3.1.a (AD/CVD) ALL ACE Entry Summaries (Application Identifier AE) MUST conform to the CATAIR Chapter for ACE Entry Summary located at:
Any ACE Entry Summaries transmitted in the current AE format will be rejected if transmitted on or after January 17, 2010.
