CBP issued CSMS #10-000169 to notify the trade of new disposition codes for Importer Security Filing (ISF) actions. These disposition codes will be returned in the ANSI X12 350 Set X4 Segment X407 Element and in the CAMIR RC Set R02 record position 16-17. There has been a correction made to these disposition codes changing 3O, 3P, 3Q, and 3R to 4O, 4P, 4Q and 4R respectfully. Please refer to the CAMIR Appendix D for a complete list of valid disposition codes.
