U.S. Customs and Border Protection is aware that importers are receiving an error message when attempting to respond to CBP Forms 28, 29 and 4647 through the ACE Portal. CBP is making every effort to resolve this issue and quickly as possible. Until the issue is resolved and portal functionality is restored, importers and brokers are reminded to respond to CBP forms by U.S. mail. CBP will update the ACE Portal News tab when the issue is resolved.
