The current FAQ's for Importer Security Filing (ISF) reference ISF Submission Types 5 and 6 under "H. Late ISF Filings." The explanation states "ISF Submission Types 5 and 6 are scheduled to expire on June 30, 2011."
ISF Submission Types 5 and 6 will NOT expire on June 30, 2011, and currently, there is no scheduled date for the retirement of these codes. A notice will be sent in advance when an expiration date is again set. Furthermore, the FAQ's will be updated in the near future to remove these dates.
