Referenced CSMS Message 11-000114 advised PMS Filers of the calculation for the PMS month designation is based on the RELEASE DATE of the shipment.
The ACS and ACE ABI CATAIR documents will have the "DESCRIPTION" field changed to the below language to reflect the PMS month designation:
The numeric month (MM) when the entry summary will appear on the preliminary periodic monthly statement.
Ex. The merchandise was released in the month of June, then this field will be entered as 07 (July).
