CSMS Message #11-000107 announced the posting of a revised CATAIR Chapter allowing ABI filers to submit/modify In-Bond movements for Air AMS
to the CBP website. The revised CATAIR Chapter Air In-Bond (Application identifiers QX/WX) can be found at the following url:

It is anticipated that the functionality will be available in ACS production in August 2011. A CSMS message will be issued announcing a firm date as soon as it is known.
