CBP is aware that ACE is experiencing a transmitter/preparer issue with truck manifest. If you receive a “No Transmitter/Preparer Relationship” reject, please open a trouble ticket with the CBP Technology Service Desk 1-866-530-4172. This issue is currently being worked, and we will provide a status update later today.
