CBP continues to work to resolve ACE Truck Transmitter/Preparer issue as reported in CSMS 11-000196.
CBP has restored and continues to restore ACE Transmitter/preparer records. Users receiving a “No Transmitter/Preparer Relationship” reject when transmitting an ACE Truck Manifest are requested to report the issue to the CBP Technology Service Desk.
Additional updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
