The 2011 ACE Customer Satisfaction Survey is extended for one additional week to midnight November 2, 2011. Our goal is to obtain a response level that would be more statistically significant than in past years. This will ensure that the key issues identified in the survey are the areas that need attention to improve ACE.
The survey may be accessed at <http://www.surveyshare.com/s/AQAWIZD>. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. It will only take between 5-10 minutes to complete, unless you wish to provide comments to your survey. Comments are encouraged.
Where comments and contact information are provided in a survey, the contractor is randomly selecting some of these to obtain additional clarifying information. This added dimension will enhance the survey results.
