Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1107 was created on December 4, 2011 and contains 28,916 ABI records and 4,758 harmonized tariff records.
Changes were made as a result of Presidential Proclamation 8742, which can be found in Federal Register, Vol. 76, No. 213, published November 3, 2011.
In addition, modifications were made to reflect the annual special program staged rate reductions.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) were made as well.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
