CBP continues to investigate the network connectivity issue reported in CSMS 12-000199. Trade users transmitting ACE truck manifests via the ACE Secure Data Portal are experiencing slowness due to this issue. Truck manifests transmitted via EDI and ACE Ocean/Rail users are NOT affected.
