The CBP Network connectivity issue reported in CSMS 12-000199 has been resolved. Trade users transmitting ACE truck manifests via the ACE Secure Data Portal should no longer experience slowness.
Trade users experiencing issues with the ACE Secure Data Portal or their ACE Portal Accounts should continue to report these to the CBP Technology Service Desk at 1-866-530-4172.
