Title:Related AD and CVD Cases on Entry Summary Lines

In many cases, an entry summary line may require the reporting of both an antidumping and countervailing duty case. Filers should check the applicable cash deposit instructions or contact the U.S. Department of Commerce to confirm the applicable AD/CVD cases to be transmitted on an entry summary line. Filers should not rely on the “related case #” field in the ACE AD/CVD case management information to determine a related AD or CVD case. If the “related case #” field is blank, a related AD or CVD case may still be required.

Also see CSMS 12-000521 posted November 27, 2012 concerning error messages about related AD and CVD cases.

For further information, AD/CVD cash deposit instructions are available in ACE, and unofficial copies of public AD/CVD instructions are also available at http://addcvd.cbp.gov.
