CBP published a Federal Register Notice today announcing a correction to the APHIS PPQ Form 586 that was announced in the July 23, 2013 Federal Register Notice announcing the expansion of the Document Image System (DIS) test. In today's Notice (see attached) the APHIS form has been corrected to read PPQ Form 586, Permit To Transit Plants and/or Plant Products, Plant Pests, and/or Associated Soil through the United States.
