There was a systems issue that resulted in the slowdown or failure to return responses to ACE trade EDI messages. We have received reports from the ocean and rail community that there has been as much as a hour delay in these responses.
The problem has been resolved and the response messages are now being routed. Please allow some time for our systems to catch up.
