The issues with slow or no response messages discussed in CSMS Message #14-000025 are more widespread than originally known.
Responses to truck manifest EDI messages and ABI ACS messages may also be impacted.
CBP is addressing this as a top priority. We are now receiving reports from the trade that responses are being routed.
