CBP has been working on the problem with the failure to properly generate Cargo Selectivity Results (ABI application identifier ‘RR’) to the trade as a high priority.
The root cause of the problem has been found and will require a system slowdown in ACE responses for approximately one hour between 1800 and 1900 EST today. All EDI messages transmitted to CBP during this time will experience a delay in receiving responses.
