On January 22, 2014 due to inclement weather, a local closure day is granted to all who file entries at the Port of Philadelphia and the Port of Wilmington (1101, 1102, 1103, 1108). CBP is extending an additional day, without penalty, for any entry summaries and payments of duties that were due on January 22, 2014 in the Port of Philadelphia and Wilmington.
