Please be advised that during the scheduled weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, February 22, 2014 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.
NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EST Saturday, February 22, 2014 and end at 0500 EST on Sunday, February 23, 2014.
The following fixes may impact Ocean, Rail, and Truck Manifest filers:
ACE_PR_47839 – Currently, the X12 355 response messages to the carriers do not return an accurate count of the BOLs rejected when a RUN TERMINATED error occurs. This fixes the problem so that the K3-Record of the 355 response contains an accurate count of the number of BOLs rejected.
ACE_PR_48963 – Currently, ACE may put a hold on the wrong equipment when a BOL that is on hold is deleted and re-added multiple times. This fixes the problem so that the wrong equipment will not be placed in a 'Held' status.
ACE_PR_49035 – FOIA Party names were not suppressed for some consignees. This fixes the problem so that certain information published in the FOIA extract will be suppressed. (Particularly names that contain: LLC, LLP, LP, LTD, CO and variations.)
