Please be advised that during the scheduled weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, February 22, 2014 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.
NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EST Saturday, February 22, 2014 and end at 0500 EST on Sunday, February 23, 2014.
The following fixes will impact ACE Reports Users, ACE Account Users, ACE ABI Entry Summary filers and ABI In-Bond filers:
ACE_PR_47950 – This fixes a problem on the Forms Search portal screen where an incomplete list of items matching the selection criteria is displayed when searched by a Trade User.
ACE_PR_48932 – ACE Account Change History Report is currently not displaying 'Changed By' details. This will fix the problem so that the 'Changed By' field will be displayed on an (Accounts)' Change History' report. .
ACE_PR_48942 – Currently the ACE system is overriding an In-bond move authorization status in a scenario where ACE is processing an in-bond shipment transaction and a broker download transaction simultaneously. This fix will correctly update the in-bond in this scenario.
ACE_PR_48957 - ACE is currently sending the old In-Bond Delete notification when the Variable Release Window opens. This fixes the problem so that an extraneous In-bond Delete Notification message will not be sent to a trade participant.
ACE_PR_49048 – This fixes a problem where Trade notification messages (UC) are delivered with the incorrect transmission date. The Transmission Date on an output response A-Record will now accurately reflect the date of the CBP transmission.
