On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification will be extended until 2359 EST.
Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production was not be impacted.
The following fixes are being deployed that impact ACE Entry Summary Filers and In-Bond Filers:
ACE_CR_4079 – Enable PMS Reroute capability in ACE. Please see CSMS Message #14-000116 dated 2/24/14 for more information.
ACE_PR_48967 – Currently, ACE is rejecting ACE Entry Summaries with the invalid error message 'ACE SYSTEM FAILURE' when 53-record is missing an AD/CVD case number. ACE will now generate the correct error message in the scenario where a submitted AD/CVD case number is less than seven characters.
ACE_PR_49073 - ACE type 03 Entry Summaries are currently being rejected when HTS begins with a chapter 98 or 99 number. This fixes a problem where the error message 'CASE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TARIFF(S)' is incorrectly generated in an AX response for an HTS in chapter 98 or 99.
ACE_PR_49084 – Currently, ACE is generating the error message 'CASE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TARIFF(S)' only for the first applicable HTS on a line submitted on a Type 03 ACE Entry Summary. ACE will now correctly generate the error message for ALL applicable HTS numbers on a line.
The following fixes were deployed to ACE Production on February 22, 2014 and are now being deployed to ACE CERT (out of cycle).
ACE_PR_48942 – Currently the ACE system is overriding an In-bond move authorization status in a scenario where ACE is processing an in-bond shipment transaction and a broker download transaction simultaneously. This fix will correctly update the in-bond in this scenario.
ACE_PR_48957 - ACE is currently sending the old In-Bond Delete notification when the Variable Release Window opens. This fixes the problem so that an extraneous In-bond Delete Notification message will not be sent to a trade participant.
ACE_PR_49048 – This fixes a problem where Trade notification messages (UC) are delivered with the incorrect transmission date. The Transmission Date on an output response A-Record will now accurately reflect the date of the CBP transmission.
