Title:Scheduled Weekly ACE Certification Outage for February 26, 2014

On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification will be extended until 2359 EST.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

The following fixes are being deployed and may impact Ocean/Rail Manifest trade partners:

ACE_PR_47696 – Currently incorrect remarks are being sent in notifications generated for vessel holds by CBP officer. This fixes the problem and ACE will no longer incorrectly populate the CAMIR R03 or X12 K1 remark segments with the text "NULL" in the remarks field for a notification.

ACE_PR_48710 – Currently, if the carrier requesting a PTT on a CAMIR TI or an X12 356 message is not already a BOL participant, a notification is not sent to that carrier. This fixes the problem so that this carrier will be added to the Party Notify List and a notification message will be generated to this carrier.

ACE_PR_49027 – Currently, In-bond Movement Authorized (1J) notification is not sent when the addition of any of the BOLs to the In-bond fails. This corrects the problem.

The following fixes were deployed to ACE Production on February 22, 2014 and are now being deployed to ACE CERT (out of cycle).

ACE_PR_47839 – Currently, the X12 355 response messages to the carriers do not return an accurate count of the BOLs rejected when a RUN TERMINATED error occurs. This fixes the problem so that the K3-Record of the 355 response contains an accurate count of the number of BOLs rejected.

ACE_PR_48963 – Currently, ACE may put a hold on the wrong equipment when a BOL that is on hold is deleted and re-added multiple times. This fixes the problem so that the wrong equipment will not be placed in a 'Held' status.
