The 2014 ACE Satisfaction Survey for Partner Government Agency (PGA) users is now available. All PGA personnel that use ACE are encouraged to take the survey. The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to take. It is voluntary and anonymous.
Your feedback on how well ACE is performing for you is essential as we move forward with development. A large response will ensure that there is greater statistical validity to the results.
The survey is available through the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) PGA Community of Interest. To log into your HSIN account you must manually type or copy and paste the following address into your internet browser: https://hsin.dhs.gov. Once there, click “Memberships” and then select the ITDS PGA Resource Center where you will see a link to the survey.
Please Note: PGA users should access the survey through the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) and not use the trade survey link communicated in CSMS# 14-000215.
